We process data to respond to inquiries, prepare offers, and perform service or sales. The legal basis is your consent and taking actions at your request before concluding a contract, and in the case of service execution, fulfilling legal obligations (service records, accounting).

We store inquiry data for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is prescribed for contract execution or legal obligation (e.g., accounting documentation for 11 years).
5. Data Recipients
We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers who assist us in our business (accounting, IT, and hosting) may access them, exclusively to the necessary extent and under a confidentiality obligation.
