Fire extinguisher servicing
We service fire extinguishers, hydrant equipment and fixed fire protection systems at our own service centre in Poreč (LACOP centre) or, by arrangement and where feasible, at your premises.
What we do
- Periodic servicing of fire extinguishers (at least once a year)
- Regular inspection and record of apparatus condition
- Internal tank inspection and pressure test
- Replacement of worn and faulty parts with original spare parts
- Refilling and recharging extinguishers
- Hydrant network and fire fitting service
- Breathing apparatus servicing — inspection, testing and maintenance of breathing apparatus ( SCBD)( EEBD) and pressure cylinders.
Powder-based fire extinguishers
Powder-filled fire extinguishers are characterized by ease of activation, reliability, and safety in handling. By design, we distinguish between constant pressure extinguishers (propellant gas located directly in the extinguisher tank) and cartridge-operated extinguishers (propellant gas in a separate cartridge inside the tank). For extinguishing flammable metals (Class D), special D-powder extinguishers with special nozzles are used.
Extinguishers with propellant gas cylinders
Extinguishers that use a CO2 cylinder as a propellant are produced as portable with fillings of 6, 9, and 12 kg, and transportable with fillings of 50 and 100 kg. The impact button activation system is the fastest way to activate, and the built-in CO2 cylinder ensures high reliability over a long period.
APPLICATION: Due to their reliability, we recommend them for industrial facilities, warehouses, residential buildings, hotels, garages, and transport vehicles. They extinguish all fire classes except burning metals and their alloys.

Constant pressure extinguishers
We manufacture/offer portable constant pressure fire extinguishers with fillings of 1, 2, 3, 6, and 9 kg. Thanks to a cylinder under constant nitrogen propellant pressure and a simple design, these extinguishers are always ready for use. An integrated pressure gauge allows for constant monitoring of the extinguisher's condition.
APPLICATION: Due to their small size and weight, we recommend them for extinguishing initial fires in vehicles and households. They extinguish all fire classes except burning metals and their alloys.

According to the Regulation on fire extinguishers, periodic servicing is carried out at least once a year, and regular inspection at least once every three months.
